The National Conference Center is located 1.5 miles North of U.S. Route 7 (Harry Byrd Hwy) at the intersection of Belmont Ridge Road and Upper Belmont Place, four miles East of Leesburg, Virginia and 35 miles Northwest of Washington D.C.

The National Conference Center (NCC) Shuttle

Shuttle service to/from Dulles International Airport via the following schedule (Please check the website as it is subject to change). Transportation is available to and from area airports on a scheduled basis.

Reservations for the shuttle

A 72 business hour minimum advance reservation is required. NCC will send you a confirmation stating the time our shuttle will to pick you up at Dulles.  Complete the Transportation Reservation Form for the shuttle located online at:  http://www.conferencecenter.com/transportation.html

Arrivals

Shuttle service is available from Washington Dulles International Airport at the following times:

Sunday's from 12:00 pm. until 10:00 pm
Monday through Thursday's from 8:00 am until 10:00 pm.
Friday From 8:00am - 5:30pm
Saturday 10:00am - 5:00pm

NCC shuttle service vans pick up passengers according to the flight information received. If you change your flight or should it be cancelled, please call NCC at 800-640-2684 and ask for the Transportation office so we can make alternate arrangements.

Departures

NCC shuttle service to Dulles Airport departs from the front desk area on the following schedule:

Saturday and Sunday from 9:30 am until 5:30 pm
Monday through Friday from  6:00am until  5:30 am 

If you need to leave at a time other then when our shuttle is not departing from the center, our Front Desk Staff will arrange a cab for you .  You may call the desk the day before your departure date to set up your pickup time.  The fare for a standard cab ride is at $35.00.

Fare for the Shuttle

The National Conference Center Shuttle service is $20.00 per person, each way to and from Washington Dulles International Airport. There is a $10.00 fee for shuttle reservations cancelled within the 72 business hour time frame.

CHANGES/CANCELLATION AND SHORT TERM RESERVATIONS:

If you need to change/cancel or make a reservation within 72 business hours prior to arrival please call 800-640-2684 to check on shuttle availability. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, however we cannot guarantee a seat within 72 hours.

Alternate ground transportation

If you will be traveling on Saturday or at a time when shuttle service is not available, a cab is your best alternate to our shuttle.  No reservation is required. Simply go to the "Taxi Passengers" area on the lower level of the Main Terminal at Dulles, across from all the baggage claim areas, where a Taxicab Dispatcher is on duty 24 hours a day. Wheelchair-accessible minibuses can accommodate one person in his/her wheelchair plus three additional passengers. Smoking and non-smoking vehicles are available by request.  The fare for a standard cab ride is about $35.00.
